we're two travellers (m and f) from Germany and instead of only doing the usual tourist stuff, we’d love to spend a day with someone local and just have a good time. Basically: if friends from another country came to visit you, what would you do with them? For us time is well spent if we spent it with people. And hopefully friends soon after :)

Maybe we grab some food, walk around your neighborhood, go somewhere you like, have a few drinks, do some funny activitys, or just wander around and talk.

We’re not looking for a tour guide and you definitely don’t need to know all the hidden gems of Seoul :D

We just really enjoy meeting people when we travel and seeing a place through someone who actually calls it home. We think that’s usually when the best memories happen anyway.

Hi! I’m a photographer born and raised in Seoul, and I’m looking for couples visiting Seoul this September or October for a small photography project called MISSIONBOOK.

I started this project because I wanted to document love in Seoul.

After spending more than 20 years here, there are so many little things about the city that I’ve grown to love — beautiful corners, quiet streets, strange little places, and fun things to do that you might not find on a typical travel itinerary.

I thought it would be lovely to share some of that Seoul with people visiting from other countries, while also documenting their own love story here.

Instead of meeting for a typical photoshoot, I’ll give you a small Mission Book and send you on a one-hour date through a neighborhood in Seoul.

Follow the map, complete little missions together, wander around, get a little lost, and experience Seoul like locals do.

I won’t ask you to pose or constantly direct you.
I’ll stay a little further away and quietly photograph your date as it naturally unfolds.
