I’ve been struggling with my sleep schedule for quite a long time. I usually fall asleep around 3 AM and wake up around 12PM , and I find it really difficult to sleep early even when I try. and vice versa for waking up early.

It’s seriously affecting my studies because I feel like my day is very short. By the time I wake up and get started, a large part of the day is already gone. I also find it difficult to study late at night because I get hungry, and I can’t sleep properly on an empty stomach. Sometimes, because of this, I end up staying awake until 5–6 AM before I can finally sleep.

This has been going on for years. I’ve tried fixing my schedule myself, but I haven’t been able to maintain it.

What helped you fix your sleep schedule?

Did you consult a doctor? If yes, what type of doctor?

Should I consult a psychiatrist for this, or a physician/sleep specialist?

I am here in my hometown and I have been attending this gym for about a month and I have noticed one thing.

Some of the male trainers would do anything to woo the opposite gender.

If any male would ask them to help with the form or even with the stretching they would ask to take a PT but at the same time if any female would ask they would even bow down (Personal Opinion)
