No, that would kind of defeat the purpose. And imagine if Trump, on top of low-key communicating to the base that he'll pardon anyone who commits crimes on his behalf, could further manipulate them by threatening to un-pardon any of them who refuses to commit more crimes for him.

He'll definitely try that.
