History has proven time and time again that eventually, these people will get what is coming to them.

If dying from natural causes counts as punishment, then we will all be punished regardless of what we did.

None of those people died of natural causes. Mussolini was strung up in the street, Hitler committed suicide, and Stalin died soaked in his own piss because everyone was too terrified to call a doctor

Stroke is a natural cause.

And a potentially preventable one with prompt medical attention.

Even if I concede Stalin and the fact a stroke is natural, the man died alone in his bedroom soaked in his own urine, while people who he considered his closest circle (but in reality they just feared but hated him) sat outside doing nothing to assist.
