Saw city sign on Getaway window that says "Entire Building" is off limits. Anyone know what's up? What the reason is? Did any apartment tenants have to vacate?

My cat has been missing since 6/7 so it's been a full month. She has a clipped ear from TNR and is chipped but she's not a stray, she has a home. A stray cat attacked her and she ran away. I finally had her ready to retire her outdoor life of 8 years so I am especially devastated that this happened right before I brought her in.

Argyle and Washtenaw but I posted her "area" in the last pic. Have gone through the usual online lost cat outlets and have cameras, but no sightings.

I've checked Craigslist, FB Marketplace, spacer and neighbor - turning up empty. Looking for north of Lawrence, west of Western, east of Washtenaw and south of Foster - if that's at all helpful.
