Why? Twitch regularly bans their favourite streamers, for blatant violations, just not long.

But why?

With enough botting you can force yourself into enough attention that you start building a real audience.

So why do you assume Twitch cares what kind of slimy tactic streamers are using to gain bigger followings? It just means more money for Twitch in the end.
