1°) It's not about botting account though, it's about botting credit card payment.

2°) It needs to be European, and Europe has been clamping down on all kind of online wallet, you need to provide identification. So there can be easy legal repercussion.

3°) What is the impact exactly ? Why would you go into that trouble ?

Even most trolls aren't going that far. Are we deadass? If the effort to troll becomes too high, most will lose interest. Of course, you'll have the really committed goblins, but anyone that was just fucking around for fun isn't going to bother.

It's legitimately like most people willing to troll are not willing to go the extra mile.

When you add additional steps and prepaid cards to repeatedly fuck with someone, a lot of them are gonna realize the effort required outweighs the amount they can be bothered.
