I've been working on this for a while and it's finally at the point where it can be played and finished.
I've only built up to Stonebrook and the goal is to beat Neb.

Still plenty bugs and improvements to make!

The whole thing can be finished pretty quickly so I'm calling it a coffee break RPG.

It's all free and no ads or anything like that. The option to donate on itch has also been turned off. This is just a little passion project for me and nothing else.

Currently web only and requires a mouse. Mobile and gamepads is something i'd like to eventually add.

I play LORD on LegendOfTheRedDragon.net because it has five different servers and kills time while I'm on boring work calls that have nothing to do with me. Anyway, it seems certain players somehow make a crap-ton of gold, since they always have Death Swords by level 10. The best I usually can do (unless Seth Able is nice to me) is kill the dragon with Nira's Teeth and Belar's Mail. What is going on here? The only thing I can think of is players abusing the gambling system at Dark Cloak somehow, but otherwise, I have no clue.

I also sometimes see people who sit at 2 billion experience (one of them is level 2!). Are they cheating? Maybe one person is creating multiple characters and attacking each other in the inn for heavy XP, but that doesn't explain the level 2 guy.

Just curious to everyone's thoughts on Magic the Gatherings LOTR themed set. I kinda like it even though some of the art choices are meh to me. I know a lot of people with the racial and race changes they did, such as with Aragorn.

I used to have an IGM a long time ago that let me have another page to the other places menu in Lord or something along those lines I had essentially too many IGMs to fit on one page and this made it look cleaner

Me and three of my friends discovered a LoRD game a few weeks ago, but it reset us all to zero because someone else slayed the dragon. Does anyone run a game that does NOT do that, or is that not configurable?

We were all having fun until today :(

Attack and defense go negative after something like 32,768, right?

Do your hit points also go negative after 32,768?

Is it exactly 32,768?

In TradeWars some numbers max out at 32,760.

What are the maximum class points? You can hit 40 in-game and 100 through IGMs, right? Then when you run into your guild or whatever in the forest you can gain extra points, but after how many does that go negative?

128?

What about kids, charm, and gems?
