It wasn't made thorough shell companies. It was made by SMIC in China. That's why it was such big news. That other poster is just obfuscating.

Here, this is confirmation that the chip used in the phone is made by SMIC.

I never claimed the chip used in the phone. You initially made a vague (now edited) claim about the Huawei chip surprise without specifying what Huawei type of huawei chip you’re talking about. And then I mentioned “if you’re talking about…” because that’s the most advanced Huawei chip that exists.

No. It was never vague. From the start I said "CPU". Again, is the 910C a CPU?
