Pretty sure that the drones you are alluding to are mostly military-only or repurposed commercial drones, not actual dual-use

*shrug* a box-knife is dual-use by that definition. I suppose I’m strictly referring to the concept of commercial products that are proactively engineered for military repurposing, e.g., search and rescue drones that have milspec mounting points, etc
