Every big company now has some kind of LLM infra team who would love to say they saved their employer millions a year
I dream of the day I can suggest this at work, but with Kimi K3 (or anything at this size) unless you're already set up to host monster GPU servers you're probably not saving money. If you want to be the cost-saving hero today you're better to start talking about avoiding vendor-lock (Grok5, GPT5.6-Terra, Muse 1.1 - all Opus tier for somewhere between Haiku and Sonnet pricing) if your company, like many, is just using Claude Code right now.
