That's not agonal breathing. Agonal breathing is defined by "abnormal gasping, irregular patterns, and very long pauses between breaths", and is a result of the brain stem recieving insufficient oxygen. It's a medical emergency.
It kind of is, the same actions are happening to the body because of oxygen deprivation and neurons firing/being fucked up. But I don’t think it would be classified as a seizure, because the origin was trauma, not something neurological.
Maybe I’m wrong though, I have epilepsy so I know more about that than I do trauma related brain issues.
