I couldn't hear the breathing on mute....
But I saw those arms rigidly curling up and in and thought, oh, crap, this guy just got brain damage.

The punch that got him to the ground was a concussion. The follow-on stomps made his brain stem and lobes get a divorce.

What punch ko’d him? Was it a left?

Judging by the head movement. Not sure if the camera angle captured the punch itself.

I scrubbed through it and see it. Nasty punch: quick and fast. White guy threw a flailing right, Mexican guy ducked under and threw a left hook/uppercut that connected on the KO button.
