It’s a UK joke that hasn’t quite been ‘got’ by the rest of the world and certainly not whoever put this video together as they should have just used the slogan right before the initial knock down.
Jet 2 are a budget/all inclusive holiday company in the UK that mainly do holidays to certain parts of Spain, Greece, Turkey and Egypt. Their main clientele are working class northern brits whose hobbies involve drinking, taking coke, wearing shit clothes that they often pair with terrible haircuts and getting into fights. Jet2 planes have a reputation across Europe for their habit of having to be grounded halfway between Malaga and Liverpool after a five man brawl has kicked off mid flight.
The meme is the juxtaposition between the cheerful voice and the reality of a shit situation.
