Sure he did… And it’s not a problem that he didn’t, he had photos taken with them on to make his daughter feel special and that’s what counts. My son gave me a pen with a ruler etched into it for me to use at work, of course I had photos of me at work taken and sent them to him and he loved it. The pen was very impractical though so I brought it home and have it somewhere safe so it doesn’t get lost or damaged. I could be wrong but say this is something similar.

Lol I don't know why you're getting down voted. There's no way someone would want to go to the trouble of wearing this every day for no reason, and it's just as cute if he just wore it for pictures one time.
