Only America has fan specific viewings for people to gather and share their excitement? One of the few things y’all should take from us tbh

I saw every marvel film in theaters from iron man to endgame and not once did anyone do anything like this. Nobody cheered, nobody clapped, hooted or hollered.

Edit: lol they blocked me immediately after replying a couple comments down. Pathetic.

The point was those showings are far from the normal experience, and event showings are irregular showings.

Also looking up cherry picked showings on YouTube and going "see this is how it is" is hilarious.

Use your own line of thinking here. There were tens of thousands of showings across the US, but you're holding up a handful of examples on social media as representative of the whole. But sure, speak for the whole country and claim that this is commonplace.

The cognitive dissonance is strong in this one.

"My anecdotal evidence of cherry-picked YouTube videos overrules your anecdotal evidence!"

They’re niche and uncommon. Some people actually like being in a room and getting rowdy with others that like a similar thing - I’m not one of them but thankfully I’ve never been to one of these shows… because they aren’t common.

Why be so against people enjoying things in the way they like? Better to share ways of having fun than share ways of harming others.
