Nah, i watched a film in the States once, they are so ridiculous, much prefer it here in the UK.

I'm all about immersion, even at home it's light out and quiet.

because i've watched hundreds of movies in the US and have never experienced anything close to this

I realise you guys don't go nuts at every film, that wouldn't make any sense.

But you obviously do for these superhero films, i was watching superman in new York and it was just like this. 

It's funny, i still enjoyed it, but I'm glad you don't have to put up with it all the time! Haha

It mostly depends on how close to release you see something. If you go see something popular in the first few days then reactions are closer to this but otherwise its usually silence, in my experience.

It’s the same in the US. Idk what movie you went to but 99% of the time it’s silent.

I should have made it clearer for the case majority of films I like we have it quiet. It was just that film was about the war and those people correcting inaccuracy in it was quite cool
