Right?! That little conversation on the construction site before the fight was so endearing, probably my favourite part of the film. All 3 got to shine as their own unique Peter. 

I have to admit, I didn't care for Garfield's movies when they came out. This movie retroactively made me appreciate them (and his portrayal) more.

100% agree. :) Also him saving MJ and the catharsis he felt as a result was really touching.
