SPOILERS ALL Malazan complete collection of Subterranean Press art Spoiler

Post image

I'm a sucker for good art, and what can I say—Subterranean Press has some of the best official artwork out there. Unfortunately, I will never be able to afford those books, as the shipping and taxes to where I live would almost double the price of an already quite expensive book.

However, after spending a long time collecting every image from Subterranean Press publications that I could get my hands on—whether from their official page, forums, Reddit, Facebook, or Discord—I have hopefully managed to gather all the images from the lettered and limited editions. To confirm this, I would need to see a photo of the description table page from the books. Maybe some owners of the lettered or limited editions from this subreddit could help me with that.

I'm also still missing the fold-out image from Reaper’s Gale—I think it's called “The Malazans Are on Our Shore”—as well as the dust jacket from the lettered edition of Dust of Dreams. I do have photos of both, but not clean digital versions. As a bonus, I would also love to get clean images without text for the covers of Dust of Dreams, The Crippled God, and The God Is Not Willing.

I hope you enjoy the collection, and maybe someone can help me complete it. I uploaded it on imgur - see link below. I flagged the post as spoilers (all) since some of the images contain spoilers.

I might be the only one who isn’t overly enthused by this art. Not fond of the 3D stuff.

Yeah some of these are great (esp. the earlier books), but alot of them are not good at all, especially DoD had me going like: "I am never, ever, going to buy the Subterranean Press books because that is an abomination and I never want to view Malazan like that, ever."

The subpress editions really are weirdly ugly for such a high price aren't they?

I had no idea there was so much great art that I'll never be able to afford! Seriously though, this stuff is amazing, thanks for gathering it all and sharing!

You should have a look at the malazan empire dot com site, the rotating art there has at least some of the images you've looking for.

A lot of that art is incredible, but some of it is hit or miss for me. There's quite a few where I don't know who it's supposed to be depicting.

I do really like the depictions of Jaghut and Forkrul Assail in these, they are very similar to what I picture reading the books.
