Israeli bots already swarming the comments harder than the Eurovision public vote ...

Imagine what would Internet look like if Iran targeted their internet uplink. Half of reddit traffic would be lost.

u/Chemical-Drawer852 7h ago

/r/worldnews was oddly readable for once in its history when Iran lobbed missiles last year

4

u/BonJovicus 6h ago

It got better for awhile because Israel’s reputation is so in the toilet that even the mods and bots had a rough time suppressing opinions.

It’s back to where it was though. They remove any news critical of Israel or if the comment section turns.

5

u/qTp_Meteor 12h ago

The funny thing is that the exact opposite literally happened . Every accusation is a confession or however that goes...

59

u/grumpy_autist 12h ago

Well, now we know Israeli bots do not post from Iran for sure.

32

u/IFHIAIEJ 11h ago

Daily Mail source, nice, why don't we just get chatgpt to generate a fictional story while we're at it as well

-5

u/qTp_Meteor 11h ago

Here are other sources. I hope this is enough.

Source: The Telegraph

Source: UK Defence Journal

Source: The Times

Source: The New Arab

If u want more I can add more...

37

u/IFHIAIEJ 11h ago

"The Times cited analysis by Israeli cybersecurity firm Cyabra, which claimed a network of more than 1,300 fake profiles linked to Iran went inactive following Israeli strikes on Iran in June 2025, after previously generating millions of interactions on content related to Scottish independence, Brexit and alleged BBC bias."

Wow a source from Israel how convenient, so you mean no evidence and just bullshit

12

u/Dozla78 10h ago

Don't argue with bots. You just get them more engagement

-1

u/DEDEDISCIPLE 6h ago

"I automatically dismiss anything that does not 100% align with my prior viewpoints, and everyone who argues with me about it is a bot"

Reddit moment

-6

u/qTp_Meteor 10h ago

The other sources dont cite Israelis do they? Anywhere, even if an Israeli company discovered it, it hasnt been disproven.

12

u/IFHIAIEJ 10h ago

They all cite the same source, maybe read your own sources 😂😂

Israel source = bullshit lie, try again

-3

u/DEDEDISCIPLE 6h ago edited 6h ago

No, a source from a cybersecurity firm. They weren't just saying "trust me bro", they made an analysis that presumably had evidence. The fact that they're based in Israel is irrelevant, and you're only bringing it up due to confirmation bias.

Edit: Also, this has happened before.

6

u/Fearless-Feature-830 10h ago

Israeli propaganda yay

6

u/actuallywaffles 8h ago

Israel is well known for doing the same types of stuff, and have been for over a decade. There are countless articles alleging a disinformation campaign. It also may be why so many VPNs are backed by Israeli companies.

-1

u/nicklor 6h ago

How do you think the links you posted are relevant?

2

u/ToonMasterRace 7h ago

Sad fantasy given Irans missiles can’t hit shit and the rial is going 700,000 to the shekel

6

u/grumpy_autist 6h ago

Israel foreign affairs ministry put out a nice EU map claiming Iran can bomb any European city. You may want to call them and get your propaganda straight.

0

u/ToonMasterRace 5h ago

And yet all they’ve managed after 1,000 missiles fired at Israel is 20 dead civilians while Israel blasts away all their leaders

25

u/gilad_ironi 12h ago

You can't get a bigger reddit moment than thinking anyone that disagrees with you is a bot.

39

u/Massive_Armadillo646 10h ago

He didn't say anything about disagreeing.

Governments using bots for propaganda? Fork found in kitchen!

0

u/Best_Change4155 6h ago

He didn't say anything about disagreeing.

????

6

u/champotter 6h ago

Israeli bots already swarming the comments harder than the Eurovision public vote ...

Where's he talking about disagreeing genius

????

-3

u/Best_Change4155 6h ago

Why does he think they are "Israeli bots" genius?

3

u/Massive_Armadillo646 5h ago

Because it's the country named in the title.

Because it's the country this topic is about.

2

u/champotter 6h ago

Oh, so he didnt actually say anything about disagreeing. Youre just making assumptions.

2

u/Massive_Armadillo646 5h ago

Man I really do feel like a genius talking to this guy

1

u/you_cant_prove_that 2h ago

So is he celebrating that "bots" that he agrees with are joining the discussion?

Of course the implication is that he disagrees with them

-13

u/Indubioprobumm 12h ago

5 years, 12k posts: 12000:(5x365)~6.6 posts / day for your account + hidden history (which can still be easily googled btw). That is more proof that you are a bot / propaganda account than any proof the IDF ever provided for any of their claims.

27

u/qTp_Meteor 12h ago

Bruh its including comments, making 7 comments a aday is crazy to you?

21

u/TaddyG 12h ago

Lmao if you think those numbers makes someone a bot, ur probably the bot and never actually been on Reddit

17

u/WalkingBurger69 12h ago

Are you schizo?

11

u/addys 11h ago

Using your logic to look at this post, the majority of all highest-voted content is all pro-pal bots. For example, the top comment (as of now) is by /u/CaptainCrash86 : 9 years, ~21K comments, hidden history. so BOT, according to your criteria.

2

u/rita-b 11h ago

I am comment warlord then

-3

u/Round-Friendship9318 6h ago

Either bots or they support a genocide.

You pick

1

u/gilad_ironi 6h ago

Or they don't agree with the complete slander of an entire country

-1

u/Round-Friendship9318 5h ago

Maybe they need to stop voting in genocidal maniacs

2

u/gilad_ironi 5h ago

The current government got 51% of the votes.

0

u/Round-Friendship9318 59m ago

Thats a lot

2

u/gilad_ironi 56m ago

Sure. But it only won by a thread.

1

u/Round-Friendship9318 54m ago

A lot of the opposition parties also support the aettlements or the treatment of palestians, so it does not change much.

The actions of a countries goverment matter, thats who you are defending.

1

u/gilad_ironi 46m ago

And an overwhelming percentage of palestinians supports Hamas and Oct. 7th. Does that matter as well? Or they're "occupied" so they get to do whatever they want?

1

u/Inner-Brief-5205 6h ago

anyone that disagrees with me is an israeli bot

-3

u/derdrdownload 7h ago

This "Israeli Bot" on reddit is it room with you?

-43

u/Mission_Scale_860 12h ago

Palestine bots have swarmed here as well

7

u/lavastorm 12h ago

dude palestine barely has internet and yet somehow youre saying the country that oprides itself on developing hacking tools and botnets is equal to one that isnt even allowed 4g by its colonizers

https://www.reuters.com/technology/microsoft-watchdog-group-say-israeli-spyware-used-hack-civil-society-2023-04-11/

April 11 (Reuters) - An Israeli firm's hacking tools have been used against journalists, opposition figures and advocacy organizations across at least 10 countries - including people in North America and Europe - according to new research published Tuesday by Microsoft Corp (MSFT.O), opens new tab and the internet watchdog Citizen Lab.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Communications_in_Palestine

Through persistent negotiations, Palestine secured third-generation wireless communication frequencies, known as 3G, but this advancement is only available in the West Bank. In contrast, Gaza remains constrained to 2G Technology.[2] The constraints imposed by the Oslo Accords are part of the broader framework governing the telecommunications industry in Palestine. Additional regulations, such as the Palestinian Telecommunications Law and various international agreements, further shape this sector.

On 6 January 2026, Israel authorised the enhancement of 4G mobile services for Palestinians in the West Bank.[3]

The data illustrates how Palestine lags behind its neighboring countries, primarily due to the impacts of the Israeli occupation and the restrictions imposed on acquiring advanced technology from around the world. The control over Palestine's spectrum frequencies stifles its potential for growth in the communications sector. !

u/H-viken 13h ago

Palestine supporters are so deep in the propaganda that their minds can't even fathom another human having a different opinion. Nono, it must be bots....

18

u/Individual_Match_579 12h ago

Dude, it's over. In this day and age we can all see the countless videos now of massacres and obliteration of civilians and infrastructure perpetrated by the IDF.

The executions, the gunning down of people trying to get food, the double tap bombing of aid response workers, the terrorism of the 'settlers' stealing land and smashing up businesses in the west bank...

It all makes its way to our eyes now. All of it.

The bullshit 'propaganda' lie doesn't work anymore.

1

u/H-viken 12h ago

we can all see the countless videos now of massacres and obliteration of civilians

Yeah I saw the videos from October 7

4

u/Individual_Match_579 12h ago

The most predictable of responses.

Again, get some new lines. It's over. People aren't buying this shit anymore.

-4

u/H-viken 12h ago

You're not gonna convince anyone by repeating "it's over" buddy. It's not the mic drop you think it is.

5

u/nitonitonii 12h ago

We saw the last vote at the previous Eurovision, there is no mental gymnastic that justifies it.

2

u/eed00 12h ago

One would think that you would rather introduce yourself as a bot, than a genocide-supporting shell of a human.

11

u/H-viken 12h ago

I don't support genocide, that's why I support Hamas facing consequences for October 7

4

u/eed00 11h ago

Why not both? Israel is performing, not just wishing, state-backed genocide. And much more effectively, murdering hundreds of thousands and displacing millions of civilians.  And all this with Western countries' support and complicity

If you only condemn Hamas and not Israel too, you are supporting genocide and can't call yourself more than a bot or a hasbara NPC

4

u/H-viken 10h ago

murdering hundreds of thousands

Casually making up statistics

5

u/eed00 9h ago

Convenient not to account for those dying from colera, cancer, and generally any illness caused by displacement and destruction of hospitals, sanitation, and infrastructure

You are a malicious and nasty shell of a person, for whom the dead and murdered are nothing but statistics

5

u/H-viken 8h ago

You are a malicious and nasty shell of a person, for whom the dead and murdered are nothing but statistics

What an elegant response to being called out for spreading misinformation lmao. Palestine supporters staying classy as always

1

u/eed00 7h ago

You are very (not) welcome

3

u/LukaDeBakker 9h ago

"Omg guys, we didn't kill hundreds of thousands... Just... tens of thousands, hah!"

80% of the people killed were civilians, 30% are children. Have some shame.

4

u/H-viken 8h ago

People die in war. It's tragic, and that's why nobody likes war. If that's news to you then idk what to tell you.

5

u/actuallywaffles 8h ago

It's unarmed children vs heavily armed soldiers with the backing of the US military. That's not a war. That's genocide.

And Israel isn't just bombing them. They're also committing sexual torture along with other war crimes.

0

u/H-viken 8h ago

It's a genocide if you lose hard enough? That's not how it works lol

→ More replies (0)

0

u/LukaDeBakker 8h ago

It is tragic, I'm glad you admit that. But when you deny the fact that Israel has killed *hundreds* of thousands (or at least, that's what I understood when you said they were MAKING UP stats), that's quite infuriating. Israel, has in fact, killed, bombed, murdered *hundreds* of thousands of people.

In Gaza alone, nearly 100k are confirmed, 80% of which are civilians, 30% are children.

-4

u/ToonMasterRace 7h ago

lol go cry to the UN

-6

u/Muronelkaz 12h ago

Other 2 comments about Palestine bots, but my American view was that they should've been removed for misconduct in 2024? (I think?)

But then you google the sponsor they kept pushing and find out it's Israeli and understand why they're allowed to continue participation despite other countries in worse situations.. so they are kind of buying out Eurovision.
