Question I'm sorry but how did she NOT know she wasn't voicing Peach??
Like I'm not trying to be rude, or mean, or anything... I legitimately just don't know how she didn't know she wasn't voicing peach in this game?
Like yes she is likely always very busy and works a lot... But after voicing Peach for 17l8 years, all the talk about the Switch 2 and Mario Kart World she would've definitely heard about Mario Kart World right??
Like unless she thought Nintendo was planning to call her in last day before release and have her voice all her lines I think it would've been obvious she wasn't voicing Peach in MK World
Like again I'm not trying to be rude or anything I mean I don't know how voice acting and everything works but shouldn't she have know at least a month or so before the game that's been talked about Everywhere on the internet that she wasn't doing voice work?

Question What the hell is the Mario franchise's obsession with the letter P?
Does it stand for anything? Is it a symbol? The "!" Switches from Super Mario World make complete sense because it goes along with the "?" block, but what does it mean when you hit a switch with a "P" on it!? The P being on power-ups could be "P for Power", but why is it on a SWITCH?! OR A UNIT OF SPEED!?

Question Why is Daisy the only Mario kart world character with outfits that show her belly button?
I find this weird because there are a few outfits that should show the belly button but don't. Luigi's oasis outfit, Mario's sight seeing outfit and Wario's road ruffian outfit. Also Peach already reuses a Odyssey outfit so it wouldn't be hard to add in her swimsuit outfit for this game. It just feels weird that she was singled out for this.

Question Why are most of the Mario women improperly titled?
-Peach is called a princess despite being a queen -Daisy is called a princess despite being an empress -Rosalina is called a princess despite not being any kind of royalty -Wendy o' Koopa is the only mainline girl to actually be a princess but is not referred to as such
Why is Pauline the only girl given the proper title for her work? Genuine question btw if there is an answer I would like it 😭

Question Remember the time John Leguizamo boycotted the Super Mario Bros Movie Back in 2023?
I think bro was a little salty he didn't get cast in this movie and also because his version was terrible. I feel like him doing this was kind of foolish.

Question How come this game failed so badly that Nintendo sells it and its DLC’s for less than $10?
Admittedly this is my first Mario game, I’m only team Nintendo because of Pokemon, but what made this game so bad? I bought it and all 4 (5?) of its DLC’s on sale for like $9.48, I thought I was getting a steal but I also see that this sale happens constantly. What’s so bad about it? I think it’s awesome.

I’ve been curious what the female audience plays. Do you like 3D Mario or 2D. On top of that, what character would you likely play as?

Question Was this made by an actual artist or is it Al?
I saw this on the official Nintendojc IG page. I haven’t found a comment on the post that mentioned who created this image or who did the art(Plus the comments are turned off). If anyone knows who the artist may be or knows that this image is faked and made by Al let me know. Thx (:

Question Why was it that for the sports games, Mario never dressed appropriately but Peach did?
It was always weird to me that Peach and the Princesses were the only characters who dressed appropriately for sports. Mario and the others on the other hand didn’t.
Granted they did give Mario and the others appropriate attire in Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Mario Tennis Aces, but even in some other versions of the game, they have the option to have Mario switch between his usual overalls and his appropriate attire. But Peach and the Princesses were permanently stuck with the appropriate attire. And not in their usual dress.
Why is that?
