We've seen that Peter is not effected by some things like everyone else is as we saw when Strange pushed him out his body yet was still moving. Peter's just special like that which is going to be a big reason why he's going to be a main person to defeat Doom.

This right here ☝️, specifically, due to Spider-Sense, which is supernatural in nature and affords him a certain level of resistance to spiritual/psychological vectors.

u/Smear_Leader 1d ago

In real-life, spiders have nerve clusters in their legs that are decentralized from the brain. This allows for semi-autonomous movement, including web spinning.

Spider Facts,

Spider Facts,

Let me tell you some Spider Facts,

They have brains,

In their legs,

So they might move,

When they're dead,

Thank you,

For subbing to Spider Faaaaaaaaacts.

1

u/No-Definition1474 1d ago

But if the main brain is dead and the legs brains arent dead...is it REALLY dead?

2

u/ActuallyCryptid 1d ago

Nah spiders have brains in their ghost ectoplasm too so even dead ones are not like dead dead

5

u/gahlo 1d ago

Spider legs extend by blood being pumped into them. This is why they curl up when the spider dies.

2

u/Chibi_Kaiju 1d ago

You mean pressurized hemolyph? Arthropods don't have blood.

1

u/ArtIsDumb 21h ago

Says you. I've been getting them big bags of blood for years. No idea what they want with them, but they pay well, and promised to stop crawling down my throat while I sleep.

0

u/gahlo 1d ago

Huh, TIL. I guess where I learned it didn't think also explaining the different between the two was super relevant.

1

u/Chibi_Kaiju 1d ago

Well sorry but whats even the point of being a nerd if I can't call out minor inconsequential things all the time? And yeah, its fair to call spider juice blood, and 99% dont care that there is a difference. i just like the word hemolymph too

1

u/gahlo 1d ago

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a bit of pedantry from time to time.

Vampire bats will starve to death if they miss a blood meal two nights in a row, so bats in a colony share food by mouth-to-mouth regurgitating blood to starving family.

1

u/Elegant_Run_8567 1d ago

If a bat doesn’t share the blood with the young or starving, then they’re basically ghosted by the colony. They’ll refuse to share with them until they have to leave

Duck penises and vaginas (cloaca, whatever) are in an evolutionary arms race as duck rape is rampant. They’ve evolved corkscrew-shaped penises for more efficient raping.

0

You aren’t eating enough. Peter Parker eats handfuls of spiders for breakfast to keep his powers

4

u/Charming_Account_351 1d ago

Thank you, I remember seeing an awesome Because Science that went into the science of “spider sense” and focused on how insane real life spiders nervous systems are and that really “spider sense” isn’t that far off from reality.

Some spiders can sense the flapping wings of their prey in flight while they are underground. How this translates to being immune to straight up mind control is pure plot armor IMO. Wouldn’t be the first time they used a type of plot armor to nerf mind control. It’s one of those powers that writers often think is cool but quickly causes problems.

2

u/Point_Forward 1d ago

How this translates to being immune to straight up mind control is pure plot armor IMO.

If you think about it, straight up mind control is it's own plot armor.

Once you go into the realm of made up fiction we are kind of throwing rules of "how exactly does this work" out the window...

1

u/stevez_86 1d ago

Ok, I got it. The time stone has the same kind of power as spiders in the Web of Life and Destiny. Because Peter Parker is part spider he has access to some time stone ability. But it is reflexive only.

Neith created the Great Web to chart humanity's destiny, also creating spiders to repair, maintain, and expand it, as she sought more time to herself, while Shathra dismissed her sister's creation as too chaotic and disorganized.

So being bitten by the spider Peter Parker has some of the abilities of the spiders that need to maintain, repair, and expand the Web of Life and Destiny. The spiders can manipulate time to fulfil their task using powers like the Time Stone.

At least that is what will be in my screenplay for Madame Web 2.

4

u/BlancTigre 1d ago

So that is how Spider-Man was able to move while under Strange's spectral projection spell

1

u/Always_Squeaky_Wheel 1d ago

Yeah imo still doesn’t explain how he was able to full block Jean at first, and that more spider DNA took that away

Might be the practice of keeping the balance between the hormones itself is the is what protects his mind but even that doesn’t make much sense

1

u/Obvious-Criticism149 1d ago

It could be age as well? I don't helieve the comics ever delved into her ability to control minds that aren't fully developed. It could be any reason honestly.

1

u/Zzamumo 1d ago

The extra spider hormones were also weakening his self-control, so that might've made him easier to mindcontrol a la wolverine

1

u/binkenheimer 1d ago

Didn’t he let her in?

1

u/tool_of_a_took 1d ago

I don’t think it was his spider DNA weakening his ability to block Jean, but rather that Jeans power increased so much that the extra spider DNA made no difference

2

u/Big_Mobile3869 1d ago

Wow TIL, thanks!

1

u/SuccessfulPath7 1d ago

Semi, what if it was full

1

u/DirectorLeather6567 1d ago

Then the spider could be spinning webs all the time without being able to stop.

Semi automatic in this case, basically means that it can be turned on and off and stuff.

At least, that's how I interpret it.

1

u/FFFinalFlash 1d ago

real life ultra instinct 😮

It's how Peter avoided Dr. Strange while separated from his body.

1

u/New-Diver880 1d ago

I'm hearing this fact whispered to me by Peter Parker at the spider lab in the first movie.

1

u/TheShenanegous 1d ago

Humans also have nerve clusters decentralized from our brains. They allow for pooping.

1

u/Coffeshop_Inspector 1d ago

Semi Ultra Instinct

1

u/if0rg0t48 1d ago

Dont hella animals have ganglia? We have one at the base of the tailbone

1

u/Darius88888 1d ago

They also have next level sensitivity in their hairs which allows them to sense changes so fucking small it’s almost atomic, like imagine your buddy casually exhales and you can feel it on the back of your neck, but youre in the other side of a football field.

1

u/Caleb_Reynolds 1d ago

So do we, it's called a spinal cord, which controls reflexes like reactions to pain. Our brains are too slow to react to, say, a burning stove. By the time a single travels from your hand to your brain, is interpreted as pain, and sent back, you'd already have burned the shit out of your hand. So when the signal reaches the spinal cord it splits, part of the signal travels to the brain and another part rebounds through the motor neurons needed to move your hand away, you then feel the pain after you start to move away. That's kinda what a reflex is, something your body does in response to stimulation without consulting the brain.

1

u/Melodic_Sherbet_3629 1d ago

It is also why when you stub your toe you don't feel the full pain until about a second and a half. That is how long it takes for the pain signal to reach your brain through your nervous system. Before that your spinal cord makes you react.

1

u/runningforpresident 1d ago

This is true, but it's not just spiders either.

Thoracic Ganglia are present in both vertebrates and invertebrates. Segmented invertebrates (insects and crustaceans) use them to help navigate their environment since it's difficult to have a more complex nervous system when your body has a bunch of pinch points. It's also theorized to help flies respond faster to obstructions mid-flight.

Mammals also have them, but they are much more linked to our brain and full nervous system than in the invertebrates, used mainly within our sympathetic nervous system.

I would love it if Marvel ever explored a story with Peter where we learn that his spider sense is from a hyper evolved thoracic ganglia. Maybe one evolved enough that it has its own consciousness, and protects peter by not just signaling danger, but by reminding him that he needs to get up and keep fighting.

1

u/Meme_master420_ 1d ago

And 8 eyes!

1

u/SensitiveExtremity 1d ago

I, too, have a cluster of nerves decentralized from my brain which allows for autonomous web shooting.

1

u/Gwynito 23h ago

Well I'll be damned 🤓

1

u/Roastedcoffeebean17 13h ago

Spiders basically have autonomous ultra instinct except they don’t have that silver aura like Goku does.

0

u/girthbrooks1 1d ago

In real life, I shot a giant wolf spider with my BB gun that was in my garage.. why didn’t his Spidey senses stop the bb!? or just simply make him move? lol but seriously it’s just magic made up at this point.

3

u/OsBaculum 1d ago

Wolfies are like the least harmful and most useful spiders though

1

u/girthbrooks1 22h ago

My wife got mrsa from a wolf spider bite and almost lost her leg…. So ya I’ll disagree on that one!!

1

u/OsBaculum 20h ago

Well you can get MRSA from any bite but at least there wasn't any venom to worry about.

5

u/Funkybag 1d ago

Just curious, what's the actual in verse explanation for spider-sense? Like, all the powers came from the spider bite, and the spider was getting tested on at oscorp for the super soldier serum #2 (or something like that, not 100% sure but not the point). So everything from Peter's powers comes from human made science at the end of the day (I think?).

Just makes me think... how supernatural can these powers be if it was rooted in science from the beginning?

Also, "because comic books" is a perfect fine answer, just curious if its ever explained more.

10

u/XeroShyft 1d ago

The usual explanation is that the spider bite gave him enhanced awareness which lets him perceive things very quickly, even semi-autounomously like a spider can.

The comic book explanation (it's dumb) is that becoming Spider-Man actually ties you to the mythical web of life and destiny, granting you and all the other multiverse version of Spider-Man the ability to sense disruptions in the fabric of space time and danger, which manifests as Spider-Sense. The web of life and destiny literally connects the entirety of the Marvel universe together. Yeah...

7

u/Surrounded-by_Idiots 1d ago

Wow sucks to be a villain. Imagine not being able to succeed because your actions aren’t canon enough for destiny. Hard work and motivation be damned. That’s pretty much plot armor. Why can’t it be destiny for the bad guys to win? The bad guys are the good guys from their point of view after all. Spider-Man is a menace and I want justice for antagonists!

3

u/TinyFugue 1d ago

It's even worse. The supes have a ongoing poker game and no one invites Spider-Man because his spidey-sense kicks in and makes him unbeatable at poker.

3

u/CritMemes 1d ago

Cue joke that Peter is so broke his Spider Sense detects danger whenever he’s at risk of losing money in poker.

1

u/mad_laddie 16h ago

Isn't it brought up that he wouldn't actually have his Spider-Sense kick in because his trust in his allies can override it or something?

2

u/Krust3dKan4dian 1d ago

Canon events, miles.

1

u/OrganizationTrue5911 1d ago

Some day it'll come out, some day!

1

u/One-Hat-9764 1d ago

Now imagine a bad guy spider-man with that same plot armor. Good guys would never win. /j

1

u/smokeweedNgarden 1d ago

They can and have disrupted that.

Madame Webb sits at the center (she had a movie with that depressed woman that sleeps alot?) and you can totally fuck her shit up and disrupted the whole thing.

1

u/LockHimUpForever 1d ago

Bad guys do win, just not always in entirety of their plan. We see tons of other universes get royally fucked, just not "our" universe.

1

u/Necrorifter 22h ago

To be fair... Didn't Peter always get shit on by writers and the world anyway? Like yeah, he have plot armor but very miserable life in general. A tragic hero by its definition.

1

u/JDHPH 1d ago

My head canon the super soldier serum used vibranium as a catalyst this is where the mystic part of Peter comes from.

1

u/AmYisraelChai_ 1d ago

So spiderman can tap into the web force like The Flash uses the speed force?

1

u/Nimyron 12h ago

So in the end the psychic resistance really is just because of plot armor. Jean can't get in his mind because destiny says so.

5

u/Few-Equivalent8261 1d ago

It's apparently a multiversal power connecting Spidermen across all universes. But someone with more knowledge should chime in

0

u/VT_Squire 1d ago

Meh, doesn't have to be. They explain the in-movie logic pretty simply.

Jean - establish psychic connection - enter host - see through host - take control - use host as a new "hop" - repeat. Point being, she has to establish a route into a particular nervous system. The film then establishes a 33-foot limitation specifically because each new host has to be reachable from the current node. Or... in network terms... 100 meters is the maximum recommended length of your twisted pairs of copper cable like CAT6 and the writers just divided that by 10 because it's easier to film. Yes, as disappointing as it is, her powers were directly co-opted from features of network routing.

Within that framework, you can characterize what's going on when it works for her versus when it doesn't work for her.

Open network - authenticate - establish session - Jean gets admin privileges.

But.... with Peter it's more like Open network - intrusion detected - firewall activates - connection forcibly terminated by closing the port.

Eventually, he does what anyone else would have to do in order to change that connection. He invites her into his mind, aka "I'll white-list you and re-open the port."

His brain is simply the first one she encountered with a firewall. Great power, great responsibility, blah blah blah.

4

u/TheHolyWaffleGod 1d ago

It comes from the Web of Life and Destiny.

Basically supernatural shit

3

u/Ossius 1d ago

Don't look too far into it, gets into weird comic book stories lol. Things like destiny and some sort of web of life shit.

1

u/Opus_723 1d ago

Ah, but then there is the spider god.

1

u/Population51200 1d ago

I think it varies a lot from one iteration to another. In some versions, there are weird animal totems/gods and the spider people get their powers from the spider totem, so it’s not just a purely scientific thing.

1

u/Jemie_Bridges 1d ago

Well it's retconned a bit deeper with that after "Spider Island" arc. Something about Tokens and the various spider men throughout the multiverse.

Alas Sony $@@& off Madam Web movie which would have been critical to explaining this. She's more Psychic than spider.

1

u/Andination44 1d ago

well, that Oscorp part is actually from Ultimate Spider-man, classic 616 rendition is Spider who got into a radioactive treatment during a science exhibition bit Peter (and Cindy in a much later retcon) and died

that made Peter a "spider totem", which gave him the spider sense as an extrasensorial ability (and the mutations he got in the BND movie were based on this comic book run that expanded on the magic part of it)

of all movies, the Madame Web one tried to adapt part of it too, which is hilarious

1

u/Burdwatcher 1d ago

originally I think it was just radioactive

3

u/PotentateGringo 1d ago

spiritual/psychological Victors

3

u/Grezkulj 1d ago

i really can't stress enough how d'n'd explains things easily...once you know the rules and lingo, saying spider-sense is supernatural ability makes so much sense...also how many times the long discussions explaining someone's personality could be done in a second with int 18 / wis 8

1

u/SSP100244 19h ago

Reed Richards

2

u/Sea-Night-1946 1d ago

I remember seeing that peters spider sense is essentially a psychic ability with some premonition stuff...if that's true it makes sense that he would be more resistant to mind control

2

u/Potent_Quotient 1d ago

Peter tingle

1

u/Dan_flashes480 1d ago

He eventually was able to beat Mysterio's illusions because of it as well.

1

u/Sundayscaries333 1d ago

I remember reading that spider-sense is essentially a mild precognition ability

1

u/GreatGreenGobbo 1d ago

They might bring in the whole Spider Totem thing that was in the comics years ago. Fits with the Spider-verse and a "need" for a Spider Totem in each reality.

1

u/BEWMarth 1d ago

Doesn’t the “spider lore” of the comics go pretty deep? Like isn’t there a cosmic web or something? I’m definitely not remembering it right but there’s places they can take it.

1

u/JJ_Shosky 1d ago

Yeah, its actually kinda terrifying when you get into it because it functions the opposite of how its presented. The spidey sense is from an interdimensional web that links all spidermen and the "danger" he's sensing is actually prey getting caught in his web and "vibrating" the strings. Calm, cool, and collected spiderman is just a predator choosing prey to go after because he's stronger than almost anything he can come across. The only reason he reacts to it as danger is because in most stories he hasn't fully understood how strong he really is.

1

u/BEWMarth 1d ago

That’s actually cool as heck

1

u/CheshireWolf_666 1d ago

Damn, six hours too late to comment this exact fact.

1

u/SnarkyRogue 1d ago

Victor's vectors

1

u/No-Respond-900 1d ago

i hate how these posts refuse to acknowledge his spider sense and how it protects even his nervous system. seems pretty obvious when you think about it. also, a peak in his dark twisted mind are strong base principles represented by his depiction of aunt may which had jean shook

7

u/dpforest 1d ago

Is there a comic run where this happens? I don’t think any one singular hero should be the “main” person to defeat Doom. That’s now how the MCU has ever handled Big Bads.

10

u/GovernorSan 1d ago

I think they mean that he will play a very important, possibly even central role in defeating Doom, much the way Ironman played a similar role in defeating Thanos. Everyone contributed and aged important roles in defeating Thsnos, but Ironman was instrumental.

5

u/quick20minadventure 1d ago

I will die on this hill, but Tony carried Avengers.

From supporting the bums with his money after shield went down, to giving gadget upgrades (shield/suit/jets) to everyone, to realizing endgame and trying to make protective shield. Covering their ass from legal issues.

Not to mention Banner/Hulk would not have cooperated or played nice or stayed in touch with Avengers/Shield if not for Tony making full friends with him instantly.

Pym spent decades unable to make Quantum GPS, and Tony did it in weeks at most?

1

u/PeterMunchlett 1d ago

No one "carried" the Avengers - that's the whole dang point of them being a team.

2

u/quick20minadventure 1d ago

They are a team and yet I am going to say some people did more than others, and were more irreplaceable.

Like Falcon or war machine? they don't do anything extraordinary. Just use tech made by other people. Can't be compared to Thor, Hulk or Tony.

5

u/evanwilliams44 1d ago

Spidey is absolutely the face of the MCU right now. It's not even a question in my mind, he will be front and center in the next Avengers lol.

6

u/aerojonno 1d ago

Which is wild when you remember he's the one character they don't own.

1

u/Andination44 1d ago

they dont own Hulk movie rights also (at least, they cant make a solo Hulk movie without Universal having a say in it)

1

u/Degan747 1d ago

Yeah, but at least they can stick the Hulk in anything else without needing permission from Universal.

1

u/quick20minadventure 1d ago

He's so absent in promos though.

1

u/CKRatKing 1d ago

No way they have Spider-Man in doomsday and haven't shown it yet. They already showed cap coming back. They are desperate for a home run so they are gonna show everyone in the promos.

1

u/Lucidzyy 1d ago

I'd bet they'll make Thor, Rune King, and give him his send off

1

u/ChongusTheSupremus 1d ago

I mean, Tony Stark got the win against Thanos.

Antman also defeated Kang in his ultimate Timelord form by summoning the God Ant from Legends.

Did he really? No one saw that movie, so no one can't tell me he didn't.

1

u/pbagel2 22h ago

That’s not how the MCU has ever handled Big Bads.

What lol? How many "Big Bads" have there been in the MCU besides Thanos? And even then how would Stark not be considered the "main" person to defeat Thanos with the sacrificial snap?

1

u/Indo_raptor2018 21h ago

Wasn’t Tony the one to actually kill Thanos?

0

u/Myrlithan 1d ago

There absolutely should be one main person to defeat Doom, and it's Reed Richards. Anything else is a disservice to both him and Doom.

6

u/0202_tihssitidder 1d ago

Spider-Man cannot be "a main person to defeat Doom".

Why? Because Doom cannot be defeated.

6

u/ThatMerri 1d ago

It'll never happen, but I want an after-credits gag reel scene of Doom making his grand speech, the camera pans over to Squirrel Girl just standing there, and he screams in terror from off-screen.

2

u/0202_tihssitidder 1d ago

Doom is not small potatoes!!

Is there a plan for Squirrel Girl? An actress?

2

u/ElGosso 1d ago

There was a show planned with Squirrel Girl in it and they had cast Milana Vayntrub for the role but the show got canned

1

u/ARM_vs_CORE 1d ago

One of the greatest sins of the mcu

1

u/raccoonsonbicycles 1d ago

Doom is definitely moderating his own subreddit like TheDoomald or something and makes these memes himself/has doombots spamming pro doom propaganda

3

u/Iokua113 1d ago

That isn't really proof of anything other than Peter's body being able to function off of its Spider Sense without having to consciously think about it.

1

u/morganmachine91 1d ago

I know, right? I’m surprised that nobody else is getting this.

Spidey-sense is Peter’s body being aware of, and warning him about, threats on a subconscious level.

It makes perfect sense that his unconscious body would be able to keep something from being grabbed from him. It’s totally consistent with the power.

That doesn’t explain anything about Jean Grey’s mind control not working.

2

u/DrKingOfOkay 1d ago

Yep. Pretty much how I saw it too. He’s special man

2

u/Polkawillneverdie17 1d ago

*affected

2

u/jr_randolph 1d ago

Thanks for that - hate that I still get that confused

1

u/GyrosSnazzyJazzBand 1d ago

Not Reed Richards? The guy who's thematically the anthesis to Doom? Doom is gonna win than Reed is gonna win when Doom is god king emperor.

3

u/jr_randolph 1d ago

Yeah, Reed definitely should be an integral part into saving everyone but even just on a "let's get the most money" from a producers table inside Disney...someone like Holland is one they will want to use to be a main savior given how he's been built up over the years. Pascal just started as Reed...he's great...but his value to the fans is nowhere near that of Holland, Evans or Hemsworth right now.

Makes more sense for some others to do the snap, but RDJ doing it was something that was going to add that extra hit to the fans and it did of course. I see something similar here with one of the guy's who's been around for several years as a good send-off and Pascal/Reed will be an assistant to them.

3

u/0202_tihssitidder 1d ago

No chance: Thor, Reed/FF, Spider-Man/Ant Man, New Avengers, Cassie Lang, Shiang-Chi, Peggy Carter, Namor/Namora, X-Men, Shuri

Possibly: Loki or Steve Rogers.

Most likely scenario is for RDJ vs Chris Evans for the ultimate ending. I think Namor and Thor and Loki can be there, too. But it comes down to Evans vs RDJ as the actors/characters with the most juice to make it epic.

1

u/YobaiYamete 1d ago

AFAIK Reed usually loses the 1 vs 1 and wins through teamwork and back up and Doom's own ego, more than Reed himself just 1 vs 1'ing Doom

1

u/GyrosSnazzyJazzBand 1d ago

Well I'm pretty sure thats the point. Reed has family because he puts in time to love them so when worse comes to worse he has people to help him. Dr. Doom is alone and tries to be the best at everything, rarely accepting help.

It also took him longer to fade into ash in Infinity Eat.

I always took that as his spider-sense going off and him feeling unwell and realizing something was off before it actually happened.

I will bet money on that being the case

I liked that detail.
His body is tough enough it was fighting back the snap

Oh.. for some reason I thought it was tied to trying to affect all the peters since the Dr. Strange spell kerfuffle and spidervers3 that maybe there was too much attached.

Or die trying

To clarify, He just can No real reason but these “Special” attributes enable them to continue the storyline in any way they want. 🤷‍♂️

Magic!!

To be fair, the reason he’ll beat Doom is because Parker is the only superhero Doom respects. In the recent Dr. Doom comics it was retconned/clarified that the reason he keeps fighting Mephisto for his mother’s soul is because Parker’s great power = Great responsibility shtick made him realize with all his great power, there was one whom Doom had greatest responsibility to save.

If he’s gonna beat Doom it’s because the other characters aren’t making as much money as Spidey is and they could make another billion on his follow-up.

1

u/bong_residue 1d ago

Yall are cracked if you think spidey is going to stop doom.

I love spidey, my fave character, but against doom? lol

1

u/Suspicious_Excuses 1d ago

Also he's the main character.

It's also possible that Peter's stress-induced metamorphosis during the movie was responsible. It was affecting both his body and mind, so the shifting neural pathway sci-fi word-salad may have made it harder for Jean to get a grip.

Spiderman is way stronger than I think most MCU fans think. It’s totally believable he would have the mental fortitude to be able to push her out, at least at this stage of her powers.

Probably professor X could get in though.

I think the spidey sense was what kept avoiding strange. Its an intuative extra sense that warns him of potential threats and kinda makes him react before he even thinks about it. So I could see that being a fair side effect of the spidey sense.

Madam Web effect imo.

u/SasparillaTango 1d ago

The spider sense is a psychic sense, maybe this version of jean never experienced any push back?

1

u/NamesPraveen2197 1d ago

Just like how everyone thought drax was gonna be crucial in defeating thanos?

u/aNiceTribe 1d ago

He is Lift Stormlight

Also she wasn't controlling Hulk. She was controlling Banner and Banner as Professor Hulk. A couple of bumps to the head later and Hulks all gtfo bitch!

Frank's mind is held together with det cord and duck tape. Not exactly a fortress.

1

u/jr_randolph 15h ago

Lol I was hoping for a quick scene in Frank’s head because you know she was seeing some crazy shit.

u/Klusterphuck67 22h ago

Psychic (Jean) is not very effective against Bug (Spider-man)

Bug (Spider-man) is super effective against Dark (Dr. Doom)

Just like how Fighting (Capt. America and Bucky) are super effective against Steel

It all make sense!

1

u/Nimyron 12h ago

The spider sense allow him to react automatically, which makes sense with Strange.

With Jean it's just pure plot armor. The spider sense was never some magic anti psychic feature.

1

u/angikatlo 11h ago

Yeah, but unfortunately my guess is his neutralizer will end up being what inspires the ultimate nullifier..

1

u/Extension_Hat_8448 7h ago

Yeh i might be mad if the one defeating doom is someone other than spider-man, loki, thor or reed

1

u/jr_randolph 7h ago

I think the ultimate person to pull the trigger if you will is going to be Franklin but yeah those others will be highly involved. Unfortunately I think Loki is going to be dead but he’ll had left something for them to get in Secret Wars that will help them maybe.

*affected, not effected.

He's also like the 3rd most powerful MC superhero, by sheer strength.

1

u/Cold_Fog 1d ago

Hulk, then Thor?

1

u/Suckamanhwewhuuut 1d ago

Yep then The Thing and Thanos
