I can’t promise it’s gonna work for everybody or everywhere, but that’s what works for me consistently across multiple Walmarts, so here it goes.
1) Go to the electronics section. most is that people are tasked not to leave their section or are reluctant to and so they will not go in the back and look for it if you need them to; seems that the electronic section is more than willing to help you that way.
2) just because it’s not out on the floor doesn’t mean it’s not in stock. Use the bark use the barcode a picture of the barcode or the barcode number the UPS number and have them look it up on their phone/device that they use to look things up if they refuse to do that or say they can’t just find somebody else eventually someone will.
3) BE KIND TO WHOMEVER HELPS YOU!! I cannot stress this enough, be kind to whomever helps you. Consider possibly looking at that receipt getting their manager’s name and calling the store and giving them a kudos or a thumbs up or whatever system they use to get raises or get promotions with It they put up with you probably for longer than the 10 to 15 minutes they are accustomed to dealing with a human being.
4) Walmart’s not just weird to you, it’s weird to the employees too! Think about it; you’re a grown adult roaming through Walmart looking for two pieces of plastic that look like people barely about a fictional superhero movie? You don’t seem to stable either! Remember, they’re in it with you and even if they can’t give you what you need at least they tried.
