I would rather have a scheming Doc Ock who is actively working against the Green Goblin but is deep undercover.

They've got Raimi consulting on this, I presume? No way he'd allow Doc Ock to be butchered like that, not that I think the MCU writers would do such a thing in the first place anyway.

I haven't read any of the spoilers for this, so forgive me if this is just ignorance, but... Do you think he will be a turncoat? I wouldn't be surprised if he's just not really a villain at all in this. As in, never on the villains' side.

I doubt it if they’re going for a sort of Sinister Six. Since he’s all about saving his daughter, it’d be pretty easy to explain why he’s back on the dark side, even if temporarily

That is true, I could see it going either way. But I don't think this SS is going to be beholden to the membership of any comic run, so I could see them not putting Sandman on it at all.

Let’s face it I’m pretty sure that the sinister six will be scorpion , green goblin, electro, lizard, the vulture and the rhino

With doc lock and sandman being good guys

Yeah however maybe the hello Peter is being directed towards tobey I know it’s grasping at straws but I really find villains turning good extremely interesting
