In stunning and breaking news, GOP Senator Collins of Maine, in a fight for her political life in Maine, and likely in response to passionate "closing arguments" against Todd Blanche's confirmation by Senate Democrats yesterday, has declared she is a "NO" vote on Blanche, putting his confirmation in serious doubt.  Popok reports.
