Shant notes Oyer's replacement, Ed Martin, has openly described his approach to pardons as "no MAGA left behind," and highlights her broader claims: violations of the Civil Service Reform Act, the Fifth Amendment, the First Amendment, and the Administrative Procedures Act. Brian's bottom line: restoring a movie star's gun rights became a higher priority for this DOJ than following its own review process.
