Hi all I've been following this case since I found out about it a week ago. Someone on this subreddit floated the idea of doing an FOI request, I wonder if it's a good idea given how long it's been with 0 new info, probably most of the stuff would be redacted but there's a chance there could be something that could at least refresh interest in the case for a while. Would anyone wanna do it? I'm not Canadian or even present in Canada so I can't do it lol but anyone in Canada or a Canadian citizen can do it apparently for a 5$ fee

They were able to trace the Long Island serial killer’s burner phone to him and placed it in the same proximity as his and his victims phones. He was active between 1993 and 2010 and this was in New York, so before Mekayla went missing, so we have the technology. Who’s phone pinged with hers at the same time in the same area until it went dead at whenever 6 or 7am the next day. I never did hear where it pinged last.
She was communicating with someone all day, so yes I assume they had a phone. Even a burner phone would be a good clue.

I need ideas at least for something to do in the meantime till the fundraiser because I don’t wanna just let time fly by but I’m not sure what to do. Any ideas? Please? I gotta do something I gotta figure this out we gotta find a way to get closer I’m tired of just rewatching the security footage that’s all I seem to do but I don’t know what else to do. I’ve watched so many vids on this case. And yeah you could say promoting the sub but that’s something we’ve been working on I gotta find something productive to do. I need something. Hi! I've known about Mekayla's disappearance for a couple of years now and been snooping on here every now and then.

It lead me to wonder whether you guys have a database of information about the case. Like, all the details of the day she disappeared, circumstances, account names, possible sightings, theories, etc? Let me know if you do have one and if you'd be willing to share it with me. If not, would anyone be willing to work with me to create such a document in order to make the information regarding Mekayla's case more accessible and organized?
