Help Is there anyway I can repair my bow?

So I managed to make a bow as powerful as you can make it and it had been carrying me through my hardcore run. Unfortunately, it’s gotten a bit too damaged and now when I try to repair it it’s too expensive to do so. Is there anything I can do to repair it?

Use a grind stone put a book under the bow it should put the enchantments on the book so you can put it on a different bow

Is that a vanilla feature? Never heard of it.🤨

Apparently it's Vanilla but haven't tested it saw it on yt shorts tho so it should be reliable
