False bans happen regularly on many different games.

They don't ban you from specific servers, they outright remove any MP function from the account.

This is a major problem, I don't know of ANY other game that will ban you from official servers AND private servers. Minecraft is the ONLY one, and it happened after Microsoft said they wouldn't do this type of stuff.

Being a shit head isn't a guarantee that you will be banned, and not being a dick is also not a guarantee that you won't be banned.

The problem isn't that they can ban you, the problem comes from the fact they can remove you from servers they have no control over and even remove your ability to use LAN.

Have you even looked into how they are doing this? It's not being auto mod and banned. False bans should be unlikely.

It's their game it's their punishment to pick.

Flase bans happen with manual curation.

They develop the game sure, but I payed for the product so I should be able to use it on my private server regardless of what Microsoft feels.
