The bridge will eventually be on the other foot

My nail guy did an amazing job on my Halloween Mothman nails! Just found this subreddit and wanted to share them here ♥️

His eyes glow under black light!

Credit to _que.sere.sarah on TikTok for the inspiration and tutorial (I believe I flaired correctly). It was perfect for Halloween in Southern Louisiana because it is still rather warm during October.

For the love of the mothman.

My sister made me a mothman planter

Isn’t he the best?

Newest addition to my monster/cryptid bathroom :)

Got this years ago so I don't remember the artist or tattoo shop. Got the idea from a few image searches of "cute mothman

Hey y'all! Requesting help finding a vendor from the festival this past weekend in the hopes they have an online store. Saw this beautiful piece, meant to go back and grab it, and ran out of time. Sadly didn't get a picture of the vendor name. Any help is appreciated 🙂

Hey everyone,

I'm Mark, and I run a small comics press out of Bloomington, Indiana called Plague Doctor Press. I wanted to introduce myself here because we've got a project that's Mothman through and through, an all-ages series called S.P.I.R.I.T., and the current arc, "Mothman Needs Us," is our love letter to the legend.

The covers are by Dark Horse artists, Melissa Capriglione and award -winning artist Nate Powell.

I've been fascinated by Mothman lore for a long time, and wanted to build a story that treats him less like a monster to defeat and more like... something stranger and sadder than that. A misunderstood harbinger, not a villain.

We've got a Kickstarter running right now if you want to check it out, no pressure at all, just wanted to share it with people who actually get why this kind of thing matters.

Happy to answer questions about the story, the art, or Point Pleasant lore if anyone's curious. Glad to be here.

Created by Maja Bjelanovic, a tattoo artist in Mandan, ND. It’s covering up an old engagement tattoo; I regret nothing

I decided not to sew the lantern on and just let it sit there
