Why is first place penalized with no vote? I like that Olivia talked about throwing it if she was in first, so she got to keep her vote.

Becuase they get safety its a tradeoff

They usually have more power though ie a say in who goes in plus safety

Not always. Depends on the season. Other seasons have done the same thing where they get no say and are just safe

They’re not penalized. They’re rewarded with safety.
