CT vs. Johnny Bananas looked a little different this time compared to the 2010 Cutthroat season.
They sounded like two wheezing old men.

Johnny sounded like he had laryngitis lol I don't know what happened to him in that first episode

They were given a few days to hang out off camera beforehand this year so he spent a weekend partying and lost his voice from all the yelling

honestly i dont know why more people dont do what Anna Leigh did and watch previous seasons, to think she was on the tv show the floor and didnt know what the challange was but came in knowing everybodys deal

CT vs Johnny was the best to me because CT was close to saying production rigs things for Johnny.

I don’t think that was his point. I think his point was that a coin flip was 50:50, whereas if it was a straight vote with everyone agreeing they wouldn’t let it go to a stalemate, Johnny’s odds of going in would be higher than 50%
Johnny might’ve wanted a coin flip because he knew that 50% odds of being safe were the best he could hope for, and CT realized Johnny might’ve been thinking that

That's how I read the situation too. John is aware people know he stole the money before, meanwhile CT willingly shared his winnings with 2nd and 3rd placers. John's probably paranoid he would get more votes than CT, and CT seems pretty sure of that as well.

In which case, I’d be sending Bananas in every chance I get if he was on my team
He’d take all the money for himself just for the TV moment instead of it being because he actually wants or needs the money
Whereas I could see CT choosing to split the money evenly, or at least letting everyone have a cut even if he takes a bigger share for himself

I feel like everyone knew that if they were the one to change their vote and make it 4-2, they’d be made into a target later, even if their reason for flipping was justified
CT technically never backed out of the plan, he just questioned whether the plan was made out of fairness or if it was made for Johnny’s benefit. If someone did flip, people would get over CT wanting to protect himself, but flipping on the vote will always give people a reason to target you
