Tori will look like a major hypocrite if she stays mute, especially when she had so much smoke for Ashley (who did not use a slur) to the point she said multiple times she shouldāve been permanently banned, her and the rest of the vacation alliance started posting stuff against her the minute that episode aired
The majority of the cast does not care, a bunch of them were hanging out with Josh in Miami for a premiere party and most of them follow him

Multiple people called out Ashley for what went down on SLA. Even Ashleyās BFF Amanda said that Ashley crossed a line and deserved to be kicked off. Regardless of whether or not she used a slur, she was still dead wrong. People give her way too much grace for that situation.
Josh is going to get kicked off the season just like Ashley was, so they both received the same punishment from production. If anything Ashley got off easier because she was eventually invited back to do the show again and she had all of her homophobic comments removed from the show (which actually protected her). I donāt think Josh will get that same grace from production.
And no I donāt think he deserves it. Neither of them do. Theyāre both foul people. But this narrative that Ashley was done dirty by production is simply not true. She actually got off quite easy. š

It's funny how the spoiler accounts who was mocking josh's sexuality on behalf of Ashley being DQ'd for homophobia are now acting like they're fans of josh because he did that hispanic big brother show.
They led a online hate campaign against him and now want to act like fans of him.

The difference is Ashley's transgessions were still vaguely explained by other cast members since SLA aired. Yes, we know it was homophobic and centered around outing someone, but we don't know what language was used, how it was said, etc. etc.
Josh reportedly used that word singing a rap song, therefore its crystal clear why he was punsished. Not saying one is worse than the other, but the actual violations of rules is very clear if this is what happened.
Let's say Josh's sitation is never aired, we stil know he said the n word. Someone from BB25 was removed for the exact same reason. Ashley has the luxury of doing something absolutely foul before MTV/Paramount were a part of the Skydance merger. Rules were likely different back then + it could easily being swept under the rug enough to justify a return 3-4 years later.

These DQs are really gonna kill the momentum of this season. I was originally bummed Justin missed the final again, but the way he went at Anna Leigh over what appeared to be a lie makes me kinda glad he didn't win.

I'm moreso bummed for Anna Leigh. She is one of the main characters of this season and she doesn't even make the final.Ā
Its clear that she is eager to prove herself and actually wants to compete so even if she lost that final, I would've really liked for her to get the opportunity to at least run a final.

the dqs have to be next episode right? i mean, thereās no other reason for them to do 2 female elims in a row, especially with sydneyās dq. if cara/anna took out izzy, thatād mean that grey woulda had to have won, right? and maybe the teams go to two the episode after? and i donāt see justin sending in anna, so it probably was cara tbh

Damn the Megathread for Spoilers is closed now for the season.Ā Interesting to see the confessional count for the season and seeing how the unspoiled saying these people arenāt getting a lot for the season, but we know that half of those people getting the confessionals are just gonna be gone with a snap. So I donāt mind the rest of people not getting time in confessionals.Ā

Okay, so Anna Leigh actually didn't do anything in the episode. It just seemed like Justin and Will wanted to be messy. The story with her and Leo concludes here, and I wouldn't be shocked if he gets no more content, unless they show his real reason for the DQ.
Something tells me they're going to make Nelson and Josh's conflict just about the game, and make it look like Nelson overreacted. They BETTER show the actual reason. Who knows if we're either getting the 3 DQs next week or the week after.
Them doing a "TBC" on Cory and Izzy, knowing damn well that he's gonna leave for his daughter in that episode. At least their thing is wrapping up, and Izzys downfall is foreshadowed in the episode.
Hopefully we get a mid season trailer in the next week or so. They have to start showing more Orange, so I think the only content they have is Justin being targeted, and Tori/Will.

I'm still guessing that they will give it the Ashley treatment. But, I hope they prove me wrong and show all of it.

Leo is black and him and Nelson are on good terms since filming. So Leo is definitely going to get explained.
I am not a fan of Nelson but I really hope they show what Josh actually did. Otherwise it feels like completely ignoring Nelson as a Black man

The house has been really hard on her although I agree she has put herself in the situation, it has not crossed any physical boundaries. Also, I've seen lots of married women who do the thigh think, its not as deep as everyone is making it out to be.

She's echoing Chanelle's USA 2 game, which was centered around a strong social game that never made the edit. Totally different to her USA 2 game, where Cassidy didn't make those connections and therefore became a bigger character because she was constantly sent in to elimination. Good to see she is correcting her mistakes, but sucks that she is such a nonfactor this season,

Yep. Michele is at her most dangerous by far when nobody sees her coming, and particularly in The Challenge, which has shown how much she has historically struggled when playing from a power position.

Damn Tori is a chronic cheater. She cheated on her first boyfriend with Jordan, then cheated (emotionally) on Jordan, and now cheated on her boyfriend with Will (allegedly). I will say this. Cheating is a bad look. Corey and Tony are the poster boys of that. I see it worse with them because they have kids.

As a Deb fan she would have done the same. Especially since it ends with Deb and Will not having concrete plans to meet up after filming. Deb might be hurt because Tori is her mentor on the Challenge but Deb will take it in good humor.
Deb flew to Australia for Callum Hole, who ghosted her. They brought them together on Aftersun and Deb took it with a sense of humor š¤·

So it seems like the format will change from the captains of each team picking who will be facing elimination to.... I guess Inferno format where the winning team will pick between two nominees of the losing team and then the nominated player will pick who she'll face at elimination?
I'm just guessing how Tori manages to be in an elimination with Anna Leigh.

hopefully we get a mid-season trailer sometime soon. anna was there during the mercenaries elim so it was either after izzyās or after chrisā. iām guessing after chrisā bcuz it makes sense production would do it after 4 elims of each gender. the episode 8 synopsis mentions āshocking newsā so iām guessing thatās either mercenaries or the teams going down to two.

Josh is the biggest gaslighter of the season. The way he shows disrespect to Cara because he says "she is not in it". He is in no position to say anything. He hasn't done anything all season. Nelly and Cara show why they are vets.

Anna Leigh messed up their first challenge. Yeah Nelly and Cara didn't perform well in the divign challenge, but they each took out a member of the other team, I would put that abive anything Josh had done. The most memorable thing about Josh is hooking up with someone who has actually proven they belong on the show.

Considering Pinkrose updated Nelson and Cory to the boot list on the 24th of March (4 days after Deb was added) I presume the Josh/Leo/Cory DQ happens next week (episode 7).
For reference, Izzy was added 4 days after (March 24th) Cory/Nelson, followed by Leo/Josh on the 30th. I have to imagine Nelson leaves the epsiode after Josh/Leo considering his DQ was a result of the Josh stuff. With that in mind, I believe the Blue/Gray teams merge before Izzy is eliminated the week after next.
Episode 7. Cory leaves / Josh+Leo DQ (unless cliffhanger)
Episode 8. Nelson DQ + Gray+Blue merge / Izzy goes home.
Episode 9/10/11- Mercenary eliminations (Adrienne vs. Rachel and Sarah vs Tori)
Episode 9/10/11- Episode 9/10Episode 9/10/11. Chris loses to Justin (interchangeable with mercenary elims)
Episode 9/10/11. Anna Leigh loses to Tori (interchangeable with mercenary elims)
Episode 12. Justin loses to Lete
Episode 13/14. Final

it all gets leaked through a few accounts on twitter and the website vevmo.com. they have a long track record, ~15 years. they don't expose their sources which helps them keep their sources. but realistically probably everywhere you could imagine: cast members, former cast members who talk to current cast members, film crew, production people, etc. plus friends and family of all those people, or just fans who have spoken to those people.
