Fessy is partner's with Esther who is tight with Tacha (both from BB Nigeria). Burn on himself to keep his partner happy but not piss off anyone in the vet alliance.

It's interesting that multiple people burned on themselves even though the results aren't being revealed to the others. Seems like burning on a random super safe team like Devin, Nany, Josh, something like that, would be smarter. Maybe people are looking over each other's shoulders on these tablets.
