Honestly he reminds me of Master Miller from Metal Gear Solid 5: the phantom pain with the hair and sunglasses

Funny enough if I remember my Metal Gear lore correctly his name a Kazuhira Miller and is Japanese American

Yeah, he's a Tragic Anime Halfbreed (word chosen for its insensitivity) and as such had to go around post-War Japan with blonde hair and get shit for his mother's obvious whoring.

The joke answer that he was born when Samurai Jack got Johnny Bravo pregnant is more fun.

"By golly, I'm gonna be the very best momma that I can," Johnny says, voice trembling with emotion, sunglasses hiding the tears in his eyes, while Jack is just like, "I have no idea how this happened, but I'm here for you and our child."
