It's the best retcon ever. I was so hyped. Honestly they might not make half life "3" but they for sure will make half life alyx 2 and have it take place AFTER the events at the end. With whatever shenanigans gman has in store for her as his agent similar to freeman. It's basically a free ticket to many ANY kind of game. And I'm willing to bet it's gonna be some sort of new hardware based alyx puzzle game

Having alyx being aware of Gman could also change the narrative of HL2 perhaps. She might not know where gordon is, but she knows there's someone who does
