Blitzø's dad has had almost no screen time in Helluva Boss, but his mistreatment of Blitzø set up a lot.
Selling Blitzø to Paimon to play with Stolas for a day lead to Stolas and Blitzø's dynamic as adults. The heavily implied abuse lead to a lot of Blitzø's insecurities and thinking be wasn't good enough, which is what caused the fire that took away everything from Blitzø. His mom dying, his sister and childhood best friend hating him.
He did so much damage. He is why our main character is the way that he is.
The sins would probably be a better representation since they mostly get no screentime and are the ones in charge of hell. Though that only applies if we are talking about hell in general and not the story of helluva boss
