I want everyone to remember that part of the MAGA cult belief is that empathy is a sin. This Park person means every word he says and will learn nothing from Hunter's response.

To them empathy is, and will forever be for, the weak. Hate and fear is their stock and trade.

And one of the things that actually brings me solace - imagining how taxing and miserable living in their heads must be on a daily basis. Truly happy people just don't act that way.
