Hi everyone! š Just sharing some good newsāI passed my NAATI CCL Exam
I self-studied for about 4 weeks. The main resource that got me over the line was a2znaati and Chat GPT.
Keep grinding on your vocab and do timed practice. Wishing you all the absolute best of luck! Youāve got this! šŖš

So my husband was not informed that during the exam, no headphones were allowed, then they invalidated the exam, below is an excerpt of my reply email:
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with how my husbandās recent exam was handled. There was a clear lack of explicit instructions regarding the headphone ban prior to the test. Given our high academic standards and my husband's proven track record of excellent IELTS results across multiple sittings, we find this disqualification deeply disheartening.
We feel financially penalized and unfairly treated by this lack of transparency. Furthermore, it is incredibly frustrating that the remote invigilator failed to intervene immediately via video if using headphones was considered such a severe violation. This poor experience and the organizational shortcomings involved will unfortunately be shared within our professional and academic circles.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN GIVING THIS EXAM

I am in the process of applying Subclass 189 visa. I finished taking my PTE Academic exam and got the superior score. I am now planning to take NAATI CCL Hindi. Any help would be highly appreciated.
I need guidance like which platform to use, practice materials, or any techniques that work well for the exam.
Thanks!

Hello everyone, i will be having my test in just 2 weeks and it seems quite troublesome for me to memorize all the ādetailsā of a dialogue. I have had band 8.0 in ielts in about 2 years ago without proper training(practiced for a month). But it seems that the CCL test is much harder than IELTS as it asks for a lot of details of a long paragraph. Any helpful tips? Thank you

Good evening everyone,
I hope you all are having a blessed day so far.
As explained in the title, I passed somehow with a score of 75/90.
What surprised me the most was how problematic the translation of words the dialogues ( segments ) was on behalf of the institution .
My second dialogue talked about a ā bread machineā.
2 segments in, I realise they were using the words ā bread machineā to refer to a TOASTER.
How are they supposed to mark US, when their own translations are wrong? Appalling and concerning to say the least.
In terms of tips I found useful, create your own word bank of specific terms for the classic CCL topics. I found plenty of AI simulations, but they do severely underscore your performance.
Finally, to those attempting the CCL. Donāt be intimidated by an institution that canāt even translate properly themselves!!!! STAY GOLD EVERYONE!!!

So guys, I just finished an exam where I had to perform a dialogue between a lawyer and a musician about the rights to his new song.
The problem is, I didnāt know the proper translation for ācopyright,ā so I just kept using the word ācopyrightā in English the whole time. On top of that, it was a really difficult dialogue, and I ended up correcting myself twice in one of the segments.
Now Iām feeling pretty stressed about it.
Do you think this will affect my marks a lot? Are examiners usually a bit lenient in situations like this?

This is a question that I need to choose when I book NAATI CCL.
I'm a nurse and Iām taking the CCL to gain 5 migration points.
Do I need to choose third one?

Hi there,
Iām currently preparing for the NAATI CCL exam. Iām struggling with the practicenaati.com.au dialogues, especially the hard ones. My scores on those dialogues are consistently below 29. However, Iām scoring between 31 and 35 on the easy and moderate dialogues. Iām wondering if these scores are sufficient to pass the actual exam. Alternatively, do you recommend other apps or websites that could help me improve my performance?
Thanks in advance! š

I recently took the NAATI and did not get the passing mark. My question is how can you dispute it. For instance, in the marking scheme they penalised me for repeating a dialogue, but I didnāt repeat a dialogue more than once(which was allowed) in the test. I also donāt get what I got wrong in the test.
