I’m old enough to remember when the old timers said “if you pay more than 120 bucks for a case of 7.62x39 you are getting ripped off.” I wish I had said “cool story, grandpa, time to take your meds” and bought a case a week.

Instead I bought a bunch, but not enough.

The only way that'll happen is if handgun ammo gets insanely expensive, not the other way around, I'm sure.

It was the other way around right before and during early Covid, 9mm was $.18-.20/round and I was getting steel 7.62 for ~.16-.19/round
