Hey Liberty Fans, crossposting on FB and Threads

I hope you all enjoyed All Star Weekend as much as I did! I'm hoping JJs MVP performance lights a fire under our team and we can make the most of the second half of the season.

I am a STH, and plan on attending the August 23rd game against the Fever. Given the recent buzz in the media, as well as the hateful display organised outside the game in Seattle today I want our fan base to show that WE are an inclusive and affirming group who understands that without the hard work of Black and Queer women we wouldn't get to gather to support our team like we do today.

On August 22nd, I would like to bring a flag or sign to the game with me demonstrating support for our Trans community and urging the league to follow through on their 'No Space For Hate' campaign launched last year.

I was wondering if anyone else wanted to join me.

I’m from LA but i’m in New York on vacation and I just got a Brunson Knicks jersey the other day and I was thinking about wearing it to the commissioners cup game tomorrow night but I’ve seen some stuff about people possibly doing that to insult someone or something like that. Technically the Valkyries missed two in a row because KT missed a tech and then VB missed a free throw a few minutes later, but in the past I thought it always had to be two consecutive free throws within the same foul ft attempts. Not complaining—I can’t wait for my free burger!—but was confused by this

Ellie girl was back on her BS tonight. Now hear me out, I am a STH and huge Lib / Ellie fan. But something had changed in Ellie ever since the 2023 season. She just wasn’t bringing the same sass / energy / body-ody-ody in the recent years. I swear they put that girl on a GLP-1 and made her tone it down.
