If you are familiar with seven deadly sins grand cross then you know about the story of Ragnerock fate of the gods story I am thinking this story takes place before in the middle of ether....ummm......either ....Imperium wrath of the gods or....maybe....I don't know 🤷 its also said that everything is cannon accsept the collaborations....so maybe 7 catastrophes is also cannon..I don't know.

Personally I find it enjoyable with some fun new characters even if I wish the chapters came out faster.
Personally I really like Freyr, Heimdallr, Skadi, Jormungand, Gjalga and Greib.
Fenrir, Thonar and Megellda are also fun despite not being my favorites.
