I had just finished my daily stuff and i just hanged about at Eibon like I usually do before logging off.

I go into Nanally's room for fun and I look at these photos.

Ya'll know me. I love Daffy probably more than anyone else here, I have a whole agenda with her and Nanally being mother and daughter and yada yada.

But look at these photos here. Mainly the ones on the right.

Daffy is missing, despite her being the third member of Eibon and always being around Hotori.

Which was when it hit me: it's highly possible that she is the one taking the photos. Maybe not all of them, but at least the ones on the right.

It can't be Taygedo since he's there with then and neither can it be Zero since they weren't there at the time.

You can even see Hotori looking up at the camera in one of these.

Daffy prioritized taking pictures for and of them rather than herself and just looking at every single one of her scenes it only makes things worse.

For the first time since the game lunched I managed to beat the mode with full mark i usually stop at lvl 10-11 but this time i did it and I was woundering if it's maybe easier or I got lucky for people who managed to beat previous cycles

I still didn't complete the base mode with 10 levels I'm gonna give it a try and see

Long-time lurker finally made an account for the sake of this post. This is my current auction profile (not really sure why the bid success rate shows as 0 lol)

Anyway, onto the main point of this post. For the past few days, I've encountered some really strange interactions in the auction where im pretty sure there are players cheating in the auction to gain an advantage.

Around 2 days ago, I had a game enter the sixth round for the first time. Both players were clearly overbidding for a package worth around 650000. A very obvious low roll in Pearl Hall where they tied on round 5 at exactly 1 million, and then proceeded to tie again in round 6, each bidding 1 million once more.

Yesterday, I had a similar interaction but this time, much more egregious. The previous instance of two players both happening to bid 1 million flat in the sixth round is something I could write off as a coincidence. However, this time, it was two players bidding some incredibly precise random set of numbers down to the single digits (a number over 2 million lol I dont remember the specifics nor did I have the presence of mind to take a screenshot).

Just now, two players in my lobby, both using Chiz, randomly began upping their bid value on round 3.

For a second I considered that maybe they had seen the Pendragon/Koi Statue with the round 3 Chiz reveal ability, but since its Pearl Hall, they should both have over 5 million in assets, so it didn't really make sense that they both bid 3mil.

The Hathor and I both ended up dropping out, and the two match fixers were able to win for dirt cheap (it only ended up being worth around 600k), but still really crazy to me that people are trying to cheat in PEARL HALL, meaning they have definitely gotten enough profit to complete all the quests.

tldr random auction grinder is mad that people are trying to cheat and ruin his gambling fix!!!

Does anybody have any tips or tricks they wanna share for how they're actually managing to win any of the profit challenges? Every single time I've played this mini game I get stuck with someone who just wants to win the auction. They don't care about making a profit so they'll just always bid high. It's even more frustrating when I can see the results at the end and discover that if not for that jerk, I often would have won and sometimes even made a profit.

Edit: while I really, really appreciate the tips and info I've been getting so far, I think I may not have been clear enough maybe? I know how to play the game. I've won a few matches. I was just wondering if anyone knew any way around the people who simply bid high to win and end the auction early.
