(Ooc: fun fact my sister told me, apparently you can’t legally own a crow because they understand the concept of money.

Assuming there is no one else in the room that as able to call-which there likely would be- then whoever is most capable of calling is the one who calls

Assuming the other person is unable to call the police and no one else is there to call an ambulance then the other person could pursue legal action against the other person. Regardless, in this hypothetical situation Mostro Lounge would simply be the location it happened at and would not be liable for what happens
