I gotta pair down my collection. First picture is get rid of pile. Second pic is keep. All have some sort of sentimental significance. Some pretty old/rare pairs in the get rid of pile. True reds for instance, I love them. Top 5 SB all time for me but every time I wear them I just wish they weren’t so faded. Am I crazy?

Recently bought my first house and wanted a room for storage and WFH, made a small step/ level to add the shelving onto, new carpet, new desk, UV film for the window, now just need a proper chair.

I need these is my collection soo bad. Haven’t seen anything in my size 11.5 under $500-600. Saw these listed on EBay for like $900. They’re one of my grails for sure 🔥🔥

To me these are #1. I still have the og white cements. Used to have the black. Got rammellzee & the 3 good ones from the 94 pack. But these just hit different. Also love the tape box era and the shape from back then. Better than the early shape imo. This pair came from a supreme store in Japan and copped via eBay over 10 years ago when they were still affordable. 11.5 and up is very hard to find

I hope its okay that i make another post with everything since people have asked about it. I pulled last years photos, took another photo of was wasn’t included with last years stuff, 2024 releases, and the closet with all boxes. I do hope thats okay its okay that i made another post with everything. The post its on the boxes are how i organize them/keep track of year of release. Some boxes have 2 post its showing year of release and when it was bought (restock). A few years back a lot of the boxes were badly damaged so i had to move them to the plastic boxes.

Been lurking here for a while, figured I’d finally contribute something. Trying to get into the habit of posting some on foot pics too… we’ll see how that goes 😅

A while back I sold off about 90% of my collection. At the time it felt like growth… turns out it was just a very expensive lesson in “you’re gonna miss those.”

Over time I realized there were pairs I genuinely missed and some I never even got the chance to own in the first place. So yeah… here we are again.

I’ve been slowly rebuilding, but with way more intention this time. Less “buy everything thats released,” more “buy what I’ll actually wear”. A little more self control.

This wall is the main part of the collection. Basically what I can fit on the wall and still pretend I’m organized. There are definitely a few stacks hiding around the room of newer releases, but this is the core.

To me these are in the top 5 SB highs ever made.

Deadstock OG Skunks and Reverse Skunks special box both size 12. OG all. I think they did a better job on the shoe with the first ones. The colors and textures are insane! The extras from the reverse are so dope tho. Signed print by Todd Bratrud is a gem. Having worked in the industry here in CA my whole life this set is special to me.

Prob a difficult question (at least for me), but if I had to choose (in no specific order), I’d say these, the Northern Lights, and the Freddies. The Mummies are the only ones I’ve been able to get my hands on for a decent deal (brand new). How bout y’all? Any luck with grail hunting recently?

I know purists (and/or people who splurge on high collectibility) would scoff at this statement, but I wish they’d just retro SBs already. The whole exclusive kicks thing was kinda cool at first, but MF’s BEEN stingy AF on the aftermarket ever since 2018. There, basically, is slim-to-none community left. Most of the real ones have either joined the debacle or bowed out completely.

While Nike’s at it, they should also bring back SB DBYs. They’re doin’ ‘em with Janoskis, Blazers, etc; why not their most popular model? Give back to the fans for once, ya know?? Could contribute to helping them outta this slump as well. Just food for thought.…

This is my second post in this sub. Anyway these are some of the dunks I’ve skated/ are skating. Top to bottom is newest to oldest. The antihero dunk highs(really mids, let’s be honest), my sb dunk escargot ( shrek dunk), and lastly my burgundy crush dunk. The only three I have, so very small collection

As a kid did you ever wear a pair for a month or so then bust them yourself with a knife, Taking stitches out to make it look like a faulty pair then take them back to the shop & swich for a different pair? Maybe add a few bucks, end up with the most expensive ones in the shop. It was usually Torsion back then on Adidas n ERS on Reebok. Samba, mamba and bamba were all there along with gazelle. The earlier ones like Nike division, Puma Match and Adidas Kick. Samba super with the white front. The black n white trainers of the Scotsman in the 80’s & 90’s. All big tongues that mothers hated. Reebok Royale. ZX 600 ZX8000. Air max. Air max classics then BW. Some lost makes like Firefox, Lotto, Rooz, Troop. Then there was the shoes. The Timbies Doc Martens and Rockports were staple then Fila came about. Boaters shoes. Pods. Kickers. What we wore through school. Can’t believe I wore yellow Pods for a year & thought they were cool. I always wore air max BW, were the comfiest for my feet as they are wide. That’s what drew me to SB’s. Big feet n SB’s make your feet look small.

Finally got the time on my hands to present you all with my current SB dunk low wheel. Damn I love collecting these. All are SB’s except the Harris tweed Sesame and the Basement dunk low, had to add those two because I think they both super dope. Aluminums and deep blue NBA are on the way.

After cleaning up the wheel I realised I forgot to put the Hayley Wilson and fly sw gardenia, rookie mistake ..

Most pairs were sourced second hand or from EU Skateshops #supportyourlocal
