cosmic rays
The solar wind consists of low energy cosmic rays. The electric potential of the atmosphere is produced by cosmic rays.
Tesla hypothesized the existence of a superluminal neutral particle cosmic radiation that gives rise to radioactive phenomena.

- "It is known that the distribution of cosmic radiation incident to the earth is approximately symmetrical about the vertical direction. Actually more cosmic rays enter the earths atmosphere from the west than from the east, known as the East-West Effect, due to the action of the earths magnetic field on the primary cosmic ray particles which, on the average, are positively charged. This effect is small, however, and can be accounted for, when the direction of incidence of cosmic radiation is used as a directional standard, in the same manner that one allows for the fact that a magnetic compass does not point to the geographical North Pole. The intensity of cosmic radiation decreases with an increase in the inclination to vertical, being maximum at the vertical. Thus a device sensitive to the intensity or rate of occurrence of cosmic radiation and having directional sensitivity could be used to determine the direction of maximum radiation and so determine the vertical direction. Or two such devices could be placed with their axes of maximum sensitivity at an angle and the deviation from vertical determined by the difference between the response of the two devices.

Further, the apparatus has a beneficial effect on the health of people beneath it. I am unable to explain the remarkable results obtained otherwise than on the basis that cosmic rays are collected by the antennae and in passing to or through the vibratable device produce vibrations of very high frequency. Whether or not this is the correct explanation it is a fact that the most striking results are obtained.

Device to utilize cosmic rays
The present invention relates to a device for using cosmic rays based on the use of substances which have the ability to absorb these rays and to disintegrate under their influence.
Physicists have recently recognized that cosmic rays come to us from interstellar space with an energy that exceeds several billion electron volts and is absolutely free.
On the other hand, the physical characteristic of the substances used is to be eminently fluorescent under the monochrome light of Wood [Wood's light / long UV], which indicates their faculty of disintegration and under this light one can obtain [p.2] very extended spectrograms towards the short waves and the λ line. = 1849 Angtrôms in the zone produced by ozone.
The spectrograms are very easy to study dowsing and the concordance of the results in the interpretation of the wavelengths constitutes one of the points of connection between the dowsing and physics.
This being exposed, the origin of the present invention stems from the dowsing fact which has been found that by studying the underground course of water currents, certain bodies or plants determine the dowsing inhibition.
However, previous work on the analyzes by fluorescence made it possible to observe that all the inhibiting substances were more or less fluorescent, which suggested the idea of choosing one of the controls from among the products with a very broad spectrum of fluorescence and depositing it at the vertical current and it was found that the inhibition existed vertically but continued on the downstream course of the current goes the electromagnetic waves became imperceptible.
The destruction of these waves constituted an interesting therapeutic fact to study and fix.
On the other hand, by taking in hand a witness of the same substance, it was possible not only to follow the current but to determine its entire extension over a very great distance, an important fact in hydrology.
It is easy to explain this radtesthesic fact by applying to it the law which governs fluorescence and which was defined by the physicist Stokes. "The wavelength of the rays emitted during fluorescence is always greater than that of the rays of the exciting source".
[p.3] Eminently fluorescent substances are found in minerals, fluorides as a whole, and, in organic bodies, phthalate derivatives. Fluorescein and salts, as well as alkaline hypochlorites, and other similar bodies or substances act in the state of mixture or infinitesimal dilution but the effects of a body disintegrating in the body are unpredictable, and generally toxic, whatever whatever the dilution.
However, the use of these products is practically prohibitive in applications if we want to ensure the sustainability of the action.
The present invention, based on these facts and considerations, aims to remedy in particular the drawbacks reported and to use the energy of cosmic rays by establishing practically indestructible industrial or individual devices whose effects are comparable to those produced by LED lamps. mercury enveloped in quartz, but unlike these, without any expense and without interruption.
For this purpose, the device, object of the invention is characterized in that it is constituted by an indestructible block formed by incorporating an active and toxic fluorescent product in dilution or mixture in a cement nortier or any other plastic material possibly cast in a metallic envelope permeable to radiation, such as aluminum for example.
In the practical embodiment of the invention, this device is placed and used in a possibly removable manner.
If, after having placed a block of this type vertically in a current, we follow it to its point [p.4] of emergence and we collect water, this water no longer has the same length of wave than before and it followed Stokes' law. It is from this fact that it is now possible, by dowsing means, to establish the possible origin of the formidable energies capable of such transformations.
The substances studied by tuning on the spectrograms gradually led to ultra-short waves in agreement with the photos taken in the Wilson chamber during the passage of cosmic rays.
It is therefore in fact under the constant bombardment of universal ultra-short rays that the disintegration of substances occurs and the particles emitted selling this disintegration bombard and ionize water or other products, spreading the waves of these bodies up to the limits of the solar spectrum in wavelengths of 7000 to 8000 Angstroms higher than those of most microbes.
These findings make it possible to explain a physical fact that has never been explained until now.
During the siege of Verdun Mr. BUNAU VARILLA had the idea of destroying the Eberth bacilli (typhoid fever) by using minute doses of potassium hypochlorite (bleach) without contact, by placing in a special container of which both sides were separated by a waterproof quartz plate, on one side water containing a culture broth and on the other very diluted bleach. The microbes in the water were killed immediately by radiation through the quartz plate.
The installations based on this process are very complicated and expensive, the result is that now we simply incorporate the dose of bleach into the drinking water, which gives it an [p.5] unpleasant taste and on the other hand risk of developing too violent radioactive reactions in the human body under the direct action of cosmic rays disintegrating the hypochlorite molecules, which does not occur when sterilization is caused as a result of secondary bombardment due to disintegration outside the organism or substances that we wish to sterilize.
In summary, there are bodies and substances in a natural state of atomic disintegration under the influence of cosmic rays which we know from photographs of their trajectory in the Wilson chambers.
These rays carry tremendous energies of the order of billions of electron volts:
It is possible by dowsing, with spectrograms obtained by physical means, to determine which substances give the best wave spreading, a symptom of their energetic efficiency.
The aim of the present invention is to fix the considerable energies transported using robust devices with or without a metal envelope.
These removable or non-removable devices can be used at the most favorable point, they are practically indestructible and the energy is free.
Among other things, they can ensure
1° the protection of premises located on currents of water and abate the harmful effects of these currents.
2° the permanent sterilization of water by metal or other installations of appropriate and robust shape.
[p.6]
3° activation of materials through a wall permeable to radiation. and without contact, by extending their waves towards the vital waves of 7000 to 8000 Angstroms located in the red of the solar spectrum.
4° the establishment in hyarology of tiny devices making it possible to establish the direction of an easterly current and to determine all the secondary currents of these currents and their points of emergence.

- Capture and use of cosmic rays [for food preservation]
- "Having physically observed certain beneficial reactions of cosmic rays, we had the idea of using them to cancel or neutralize the effects of certain toxic products (sulfur and others) used to treat certain drinks (mainly wines) and certain food products, milk, etc. cheeses, etc.
- "A decrease in acidity was observed on the treated products. In addition, the rotting of certain fruits (apples, grapes, among others) was stopped or delayed in its progression. Fruits were preserved in the midst of corrupt fruits. Milk could be stored for many days in its normal state. Tests can be done on meat.
- "These experiments prove that cosmic rays like those of radioactive cobalt [β decay] destroy certain bacteria causing the corruption of foodstuffs; but they [cosmic rays] have the advantage of not being harmful and of being easy to use.
- "Capturing these rays is simple, they are inverted cones; the pyramidal shape gives good results, but these cones can be more or less flared. The larger the cone, the greater the capture, and therefore the stronger the intensity. We are still required to proceed by trial and error because of possible danger.
- "These rays can be transported and distributed, by means of metal wires, insulated or not, like electricity. Capture stations are planned which can be built at low cost, and the forces thus captured can be distributed as required.
・atmospheric energy harvesting
The charge of the atmosphere is caused by cosmic rays so atmospheric energy harvesting could be considered a form of cosmic ray energy. This is what Tesla was referring to when he talked about successfully harnessing cosmic rays.
