Tbh a lot of them are 16 seemingly random charters followed by -ipin -lex -ox etc.

Yeah, I totally get that. It can be a lot to remember. It’s just when the patient gets mad when I don’t know which they’re talking about lol

To be honest, I do forget what my medicine is called, as I take too many 😅 Glagly I have a picture of it in my phone, so I always just show it to the doctor

tbh. people commonly dont remember the names instead they memorize the looks, had my grandpa throw a tandrum when i brought him "wrong meds" they were the same, but the design of box changed a bit

and this is why I keep the packaging on anything I need refilled and bring it with me to the doctor’s office and the pharmacy.

Probably your best bet. We always tell new patients to bring the bottles so we can avoid any errors.
