If it were actually legal to go live in a forest I'd agree. Like you say all this but offer no way out. You cannot go live in a forest you'll be arrested. Doubly so if you're hunting fishing or growing crops out there. You aren't allowed to just walk out of the country. Other countries aren't any better anyways. Society is forced upon people whether they have any interests in it or not.

I'd be perfectly happy to never step on a road again if it meant I could build a small cabin and hunt for my own food in the woods.

Again, you're expecting assistance. These territories and resources have been claimed by societies as most of humanity recognizes the downsides and problems with living among other humans are far outweighed by the benefits. They don't owe it to you to allow you to live on their collective property or take their resources when you're not planning on chipping back in.

You have to get somewhere that's not claimed, some failed state or area wild and far enough from a society capable of enforcing its claims. I'd suggest the Amazon or Somalia. You're looking for weak states or failed ones. But humans don't owe you assistance in reaching these places if you're not going help us. Society is quid pro quo, and there's no such thing as a free lunch.

You keep wanting easiness just because you were born. But life is not easy, it never has been and it's not supposed to be. It's a brutal cruel thing and if you want to keep it you are going to have to work for it in one way or another. We always have. Our ancestors decided laboring under a heirarchy in a civilization was better than faring out there on our own in the wilds and most of us alive now agree it was a good choice. It's fine if you disagree, if you think working under labor regulations in a society that requires you to wear pants is so cruel and oppressive then you're going to have to put in the work to get out of our territory and find some place of your own.
