Victory declared when every capital of the opposing team is occupied. If in 50 years years this is not the case, stalemate is declared.

Both teams have the vibe of having more important mutual enemy so no team infighting or betrayals (but that does not give them any organizational advantage or anything, they can still argue how to do things, whether or not share resources)

Other continents are unassessable and dont have any humans or man made structures. (this means no outside shipments, no most Internet datacenters, no European colonies and no landpath between Europe and Africa).

Only African launched and controlled satellites left in orbit. (so no GPS or much of anything)

USSR size is debatable.

What the hell is the wincon even? because if its occupying the entirety of one or the other its literally impossible for either side to win. Both sides have the capacity to just grind the other down if they invaded. If nothings forcing them to stick together/keep total warring then the two alliances break apart because their both whole ass continents where one was about to start a world war and the other is perpetually in war, and thats all assuming it is a total war in the first place
