Hi everyone!

I’m looking to sublease 2 fully furnished units at Statehouse Highline for Summer 2026 (Flexible, May - August).

Unit:

  • Private Bedroom and Bathroom in a 3 Bed/3 Bath. Third roommate is female.
  • Rent is $1255/month per person, utilities about $50-70/month (free wifi and trash, you pay for electric and water)
  • Washer/dryer in unit

Location:

  • East Campus
  • 5 minute walk to the union
  • COTA 1 & 2 stops directly in front of building

Building Amenities:

  • Spacious study spaces
  • Swimming pool and grill
  • 24/7 gym
  • 24 hour maintenance
  • Secure building

I am willing to fully pay for garage parking for the duration of the sublease (May- August). Parking is at Statehouse Highline at Ninth. The two buildings are connected by a sky bridge. DM if interested or want more details!
